BERNARDSVILLE, NJ -- Suzanne Van Loon, Director of Clinical Services for The Visiting Nurse Association of Somerset Hills and Basking Ridge resident, has been re-elected to the Board of Directors of the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) for a second two-year term.

Based in Washington, D.C., NAHC is the nation's largest trade association representing the interests and concerns of home care agencies, hospices, home care aide organizations, and medical equipment suppliers. As a Board member, Ms. Van Loon will represent NAHC’s Region II, which includes New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Her responsibility on the Board is to participate in the oversight of this national association’s activities.

“It’s a great experience to be able to share information and learn about other agencies’ unique ways of solving the problems we all face in delivering home care and hospice services,” said Ms. Van Loon. “I believe the VNA of Somerset Hills and our patients truly benefit from my being able to participate in an exchange of ideas with my peers from around the country.”
