VNA OF SOMERSET HILLS OFFERS
HEALTHY BONES PROGRAM
AT ST. JAMES ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, BASKING RIDGE

Bernardsville, NJ: The Visiting Nurse Association of Somerset Hills (VNA) is offering a Project HEALTHY BONES program at St. James Roman Catholic Church on184 South Finley Avenue in Basking Ridge, beginning Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. Project HEALTHY BONES is an osteoporosis prevention, exercise and education program for older adults who are at risk for, or who have, osteoporosis.

The class meets weekly, on Wednesdays, for 24 weeks. Each session runs about 75 minutes. There is a $25 fee to cover the cost of instructional materials and ankle weights.
