NURSES AND HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS TO PRESENT HEALTH AND AGING LECTURES
Free Seminars Open to the Public Tuesday Mornings in June at Clarence Dillon Public Library

BASKING RIDGE, NJ (May 27, 2009) – The Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Somerset Hills will present a lecture series on health and aging at the Clarence Dillon Library on Lamington Road and Rt. 206 in Bedminster on June 9, 16, 23 and 30. The free seminars will be from 10 a.m. to 10:30 with an additional 15 minutes for questions.

On June 9, Maria Keenan, program manager of the Adult Day Center of the VNA of Somerset Hills, will talk about adult day centers and the benefits to loved ones and their caregivers. On June 16, VNA Community Health Programs Manager Karen Ellis, RN, BSN, will speak on stress management. On June 23, VNA Social Worker Mary Lou Daley, MSW, will discuss Medicare benefits and what it covers and on June 30, Telehealth Nurse Debbie Levin, RN, BSN, will talk about heart health and telehealth.
