VNA OF SOMERSET HILLS OFFERING FREE LIFESTYLE SEMINAR TO HELP DESIGN PERSONAL WELLNESS VISION
PRESENTED BY HEALTH AND WELLNESS COACH RISA OLINSKY
BASKING RIDGE, NJ (October 14, 2009) – The Visiting Nurse Association of Somerset Hills is presenting a Lifestyle Seminar titled, “Count on Yourself: Create a Lifestyle You Can Live With,” on Thursday, October 29 from 10 a.m. to noon at its headquarters on 200 Mt. Airy Road in Basking Ridge. Health and Wellness Coach Risa Olinsky, M.A., will speak to participants about designing a personal wellness vision for improved health and well-being while caring for a loved one. Participants will learn how to strengthen physical, mental and emotional immune systems to enhance one’s quality of life. Open to the public, attendance is not only for caregivers but for all those interested in these topics.
Funded with a grant from Ortho-McNeill, the Lifestyle Seminar is the fourth in a series of community healthcare education programs developed by the VNA of Somerset Hills.
